CAP and Senior Nutrition
The Lower Columbia Community Action Program (CAP) offers various senior nutrition services, including:
- Meals on Wheels Program: Provides hot and frozen meals delivered to homebound and disabled seniors at no cost.
- R.U.O.K. Program: A free daily check-in service for homebound seniors.
- Community Meals: Information about community meals and services available for seniors.
